Sukiyaki

Material :

* 150 g beefs
* 50 g spinaches
* 50 g soun
* 50 g onion leafs
* 100g tofu turn white
* 50 g xylariaceae overhear
* 50 g sprout
* sukiyaki's sauce


Trick Makes :

* Thin pruned beef. Cleaned spinach, soun was watered by hot water. Onion leaf is cut slantwise, sprout pruned thin. Xylariaceae overhears to be soaked by warming water. digongso's white tofu with few oil (in order not to dashed).

* Sukiyaki's sauce:
o 1 / 5 kikkoman shoyu's liters
o 1 / 2 mirin's liters
o 1 sm sand sugar
o 5 g penyedap
o 1 sloki sake

All is mixed and didihkan, but don't too long. in order not to sandbank.

* Heat pan meagrely butter (better cow fat). Insert piecemeal vegetable at its settle (alternate with beef) then waters by its sauce (bit by bit). If have cooked gets direct be enjoyed.
